Internship

Students in the Honours Program will be required to take PGOV 451 (Experiential Learning). This course includes a minimum 60-day placement with a relevant employer. This is an opportunity to build networks and connections within government, NGOs, and policy organizations that can be leveraged for opportunities after graduation. Past internships have been with federal and provincial government departments, NGOs, Indigenous organizations, and think-tanks. Some have even leveraged these positions into jobs following the internship.
