- Arisaig Provincial Park (transportation and snacks provided, cost: $10)
- We will leave from the Saputo building entrance

Mental Health First Aid
Help young people navigate mental health challenges with understanding and support.
2-day workshop on Saturday & Sunday, September 19 & 20, 2026, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
As a Mental Health First Aider, you will learn:
- Recognize signs that a young person may be experiencing a decline in their mental well-being or a mental health or substance use crisis
- Discuss professional and other supports that could help with recovery to improved mental well-being
- Initiate Conversations that encourage a young person to talk about a mental health or substance use problem
- Assist in a mental health or substance use crisis situation

The Inquiring Mind: Mental Health Training for Youth
Designed for educational settings, this evidence-based program empowers students aged 12-25 and those who support them to prioritize mental health and break the stigma around mental illness.
4-hour workshop on Sunday, November 8, 2026, 10:00 AM- 3:00 PM (one-hour lunch)
