Resident's are permitted to occupy their room until 24 hours after the resident's final exam in December or by noon the day after the exam period ends (whichever date is sooner).

Reminders:

• Remove ALL garbage from your room/apartment
• If you have a refrigerator, please keep it plugged in and running (even if it's empty)
• Remove ALL food that will go bad
• Turn off all lights and appropriate appliances and electronics
• All alarm clocks should be unplugged and/or shut off
• Ensure water faucets are turned off and there are no visible leaks
• Close and secure all windows
• Remove your laundry from the laundry room
• Lock your residence room/apartment door
