Opportunities Fair 2026

• For-profit companies and corporations recruiting for full-time, part-time, co-op, or internship positions 

• Government agencies (federal, provincial, and municipal) 

• Post-secondary institutions (universities, colleges, and vocational schools) 

• Not-for-profit organizations with a mission to benefit students or the broader community 

• Registered charities with valid registration numbers 

Exhibitor Categories and Fees 

• Regular – $450 (early bird - $400) 

• Non-Profit Organization (*Free 5 spots available) - Incorporated as non-profit; publicly funded organizations and government bodies are not eligible 

All fees are tax included. 

Sponsorship Opportunities 

• Gold Sponsor ($1500): Sponsors the cost of an X-Ring for a current StFX student who attends the event.  

• Silver Sponsor ($1250): Sponsors the cost of catering for the event.  

• Bronze Sponsor ($1000): Sponsors the coffee & tea for the event. 

*Interested sponsors should contact the Organizing Committee for package details. 

Registration Process 

• Complete the official registration form through the designated registration platform 

• Submit payment or proof of purchase order within the specified timeframe 

• Receive confirmation email with exhibitor details and setup instructions 

• Complete exhibitor profile within required timeframe
