Golf Simulator

RESERVATIONS & ACCESS

• Reservations are required to use the golf simulators.
• Users must be 15 years of age or older. Anyone under 15 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Use the simulator only during your scheduled booking time.
• Payment must be completed before use.

FACILITY RULES

• ALCOHOL IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the Golf Simulator area.
• Clean indoor footwear must be worn. Outdoor footwear is not permitted.
• Keep food and beverages away from simulator equipment and hitting areas.
• Treat staff, other patrons, and the facility with respect.
• Disruptive, unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
• Follow all instructions provided by StFX staff.

SAFETY & EQUIPMENT

• Use all equipment properly and only as intended.
• Only one person may swing at a time.
• Before swinging, ensure the hitting area is clear and all other guests are a safe distance away.
• Do not move, adjust, or tamper with screens, projectors, sensors, computers, or other simulator equipment.
• Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment to staff immediately.
• Users may be responsible for repair or replacement costs resulting from misuse or negligent damage.

CANCELLATIONS & VIOLATIONS

• Cancel at least 12 hours before your booking for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 12 hours of the booking start time are non-refundable.
• Rule violations may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
• Serious or repeated violations may result in suspension or permanent loss of Golf Simulator and/or Fitness Centre access.
• Additional disciplinary action may apply in accordance with St. Francis Xavier University policies.

Use of the StFX Golf Simulators constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of the applicable Terms & Conditions and facility rules.
