50/50 brings together 50 artworks by 50 artists from Antigonish, Pictou, and Guysborough Counties, showcasing the creativity, diversity, and vitality of artistic practice across northeastern Nova Scotia. Juried by a panel of regional arts professionals, the exhibition highlights the strength and significance of artists working within these communities. 

As the StFX Art Gallery celebrates its 50th anniversary, the "StFX Art Gallery 50/50" reflects on the role the gallery has played in fostering artistic exchange, community connections, and cultural engagement since 1976. Through the themes of change, convergence, and coming together, the show celebrates both the region's artists and the communities that support them. 

Opening reception, July 9, 4 - 6 pm.
Refreshments will be provided.
