IT Services

IT Services is responsible for the university's technology infrastructure, from selecting and implementing new systems to ensuring their ongoing security, maintenance, and support. This includes computer, telephone, and audiovisual systems, as well as the networks that connect them.

IT Services leverages TeamDynamix, IT Service Management software, to accept and manage Service Request and Knowledge base Articles which is why our Services and Knowledgebase article pages have a bit of the different look and feel.

X-Report Authentication Change

Effective Thursday Aug 27th authentication for X-reports will be through Microsoft Authentication.  Following this change, users will sign in using their full StFX email address and password, with authentication secured through Microsoft's Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). After successfully completing the Microsoft sign-in process, users will be prompted to log in to X-Reports using their StFX username and password.  All existing links to X-Reports will remain unchanged.
