Total of 45 chemistry credits, plus the non-credit seminar courses 391 (junior year) and 491 (senior year). 

Major students are also required to attend all department seminars during their junior and senior years.

Year 2: CHEM 221, 222, 235, 245, 265; 3 credits of math elective; EESC 272; 9 credits of arts/open electives 
Year 3: CHEM 255, 325, 335, 391, 445; 3 credits math elective, 15 credits of arts/open electives
