UKG Pro Information

UKG, our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), provides a one-stop portal for all HR information. This includes pay, benefits, leave tracking, and scheduling. Click the link below to login to UKG via Single Sign On. If this is your first time logging in, go to the section "Logging in for the First Time" below.

Login to UKG Pro Using Your StFX Account

Logging in for the first time

Logging into UKG for the first time works a little differently. New employees will receive an email from People and Culture with information on how to login once their StFX email has been added to the system. This will occur within 3 working days of the email account being issued to you. Instructions on how to login for the first time will be included in the email.

Download the UKG App

You can access the UKG system via a web browser or by downloading the UKG app. The app will let you do many of the things you can do through the web including viewing your pay, requesting time off and clocking in and out for shifts (if applicable).

Get the App on Google Play

The company access code for the app is STFXHR. For now, you will need to use the password you created when you first logged into the system.

Learn to Use UKG

People and Culture regularly offers sessions on how to use the UKG Pro system. Information on these sessions will be sent regularly to the University community. Additional help guides will also be available soon.

Former Employees

Employees who no longer work for StFX will not be able to login to the system using Single Sign On. Instead, you will need to login here. You will login using your StFX email address and the password you created when you logged in for the first time. If you do not remember your password, use the "Forgot your password?" link to reset it. If you are unable to reset your password, please contact @email for assistance.

Coming Soon

In 2024, additional enhancements will be made to the StFX UKG Pro system. These include:

  • A new applicant tracking and recruitment portal;
  • A streamlined employee onboarding system;
