Collective bargaining is the negotiation process between a union and employer. The goal of collective bargaining is to reach a collective agreement. The collective agreement lists the terms and conditions of employment for unionized employees.
Who is represented by the StFXAUT?
The StFX Association of University Teachers (StFXAUT) represents all faculty (including part-time instructors), librarians, laboratory instructors, nurse educators, learning skills instructors, Coady Institute program teaching staff and dietetic educators.
Who is represented by NSGEU Local 88?
The Nova Scotia Government and General Employees Union (NSGEU) Local 88 represents the administrative staff at the University.
