As Canada’s preeminent chamber music duo, Nancy and Tim have received accolades across the globe through live performances and 13 acclaimed albums, commissioned over 65 new works from Canadian composers, and are founders and co-Artistic Directors of the renowned Tuckamore Festival.Their name, Duo Concertante, comes from Beethoven’s inscription in the “Kreutzer” sonata, “in stilo molto concertante,”,which implies the two performers are equal, dynamic voices.
