Nikki MacLeod, CPA, Assistant Professor, is a Chartered Professional Accountant with a decade of experience in public practice, industry, and community leadership. Before joining the business faculty in 2025, Nikki held leadership roles at Deloitte, PricewaterhouseCoopers and High Liner Foods. Throughout her career, Nikki has been most energized by opportunities to teach and mentor - whether as a certified national facilitator for professional training programs or by guiding young professionals through complex accounting and reporting challenges. A proud alumna of StFX, Nikki combines her technical expertise in IFRS and ASPE with a student-centered, inclusive approach to learning. She is committed to helping the next generation of leaders from the Schwartz School of Business grow with confidence, curiosity and integrity.
