Biography

Dr. Gregory R.L. Hadley is a lecturer with the Faculty of Education at St. Francis Xavier University. Prior to his current position, he was a high school teacher in rural Nova Scotia. Along with his wife, herself an elementary school teacher, he has two children.

Research

His research and teaching interests include entrepreneurship education, rural education, educational leadership, and educational philosophy.

The L'nu symbol. L’nu is a word the Mi’kmaq use to describe themselves, meaning “human being” or “the people.”

StFX is located in Mi’kma’ki, the unceded ancestral territory of the Mi'kmaw people. The Mi'kmaw name for Antigonish is Nalikitquniejk, meaning ‘place where branches are torn off.’
