Event Setup
Participating employers will receive an 8-foot table with space for banner display. Wifi password will be provided the day of the event. As electrical outlets are limited, we will have a charging station setup for employers. Exhibitors are encouraged to have their devices charged for the event. If you have accessibility needs, please email Anna Payson, @email.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing prior to September 1, 2023 will be charged a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded. Registrations are fully transferable, and substitutions may be made at any time. Substitutions will be accepted with a request received in writing from the registered participant.
