Neighbours, Friends & Families (NFF) is a 1.5-hour interactive workshop focused on recognizing different forms of abuse, understanding how to respond appropriately, supporting those affected, and connecting individuals with available resources.
Students who complete the workshop will receive a certificate from Western University, which they can add to their résumé and LinkedIn profile. It is also a great opportunity to develop transferable professional skills, including critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and remaining calm and composed when navigating sensitive or high-risk situations.
