StFX Students, this is a chance for you to learn how to navigate your thoughts and emotions, focus on your breathing and bodily sensations, learn gentle body stretches, and pay attention to the present moment.
In Wellspring’s safe and relaxed group environment, Clinical Therapist Ivan Drouin will guide you through a series of mindfulness exercises that will help you get through the busy week. You will also learn practices you can try at home.
This event happens every Tuesday evening from 6:30pm-7:30pm; join us whenever you can or make it a part of your regular schedule.
