Build your goals
Discover your strengths
Connect your learning to your future

Through a structured, three-week series of workshops scheduled outside of regular course hours, explore their strengths, values, interests, and goals; strengthen reflective habits; and develop tools to help make informed choices about your learning experiences.
Career resilience refers to the capacity to persist, adapt, and grow despite change or challenge. Xplore integrates the core components of career resilience — self-knowledge, adaptability, reflective practice, and decision confidence — throughout all three weeks of the program.
