X-Ring Ceremony
December 3rd at 2pm
On December 3rd we will invite parents, family members and supporters on campus to celebrate your achievements.
Where do I line up for the ceremony?
A couple days before the ceremony, you will receive your ceremony number, location and time to line up. The location will be either the KMC 2nd Floor or the KMC AUX Rink in the Charles V. Keating Centre.
Where do I get my gown?
Our ceremonial team will be located on the 2nd floor of the Keating Centre to distribute gowns. All students MUST come during one of these pick up times. Your gowns cannot be picked up by anyone else.
What are the hours for gown pick up and drop off?
Thursday , November 30th, 12-5 pm
Friday, December 1st, 9-6 pm
Saturday, December 2nd, 8-4:30 pm
Sunday, December 3rd, 8-6 pm
Monday, December 4th 9-4 pm
Tuesday, December 5th 9-3 pm
Where do my parents, friends or family watch the ceremony from?
Due to the ongoing construction at the Amelia Saputo Centre, our viewing spaces on campus are extremely limited and will be available on a first come, first serve basis. There are no tickets required for these viewing rooms and they are available for parents, family and friends. Details will be announced closer to December 3rd on how to access the 2 viewing rooms in the Amelia Saputo Centre. The below viewing spaces will open at 1pm on Sunday, December 3rd:
Coach K Court, Amelia Saputo Centre
Schwartz Auditorium, Gerald Schwartz School of Business
Barrick Auditorium, Mulroney Hall
200 Level Classrooms, Mulroney Hall

Are you receiving a second degree and planning to resubmit your X-Ring?
You must notify our Ceremonial team that you are intending to resubmit your current X-Ring. Please email @email to indicate you wish to resubmit your X-Ring and participate in the ceremony. Only students receiving a second degree are permitted to resubmit their X-Ring. Your X-Ring must be dropped off to Taylor MacIntyre at the X-Ring Store by Friday, November 17th at 4pm.
I am not attending X-Ring, how do I get my ring?
If you know you are not attending the X-Ring Ceremony, you must email @email to indicate you are not attending the ceremony on December 3rd. Please make shipping or pick up arrangements directly with the vendor from whom you purchased your X-Ring.
