We're excited to welcome you to campus for the X-Ring Ceremony!
The X-Ring Ceremony is scheduled to proceed as planned.
Please be aware that ongoing construction projects in the Town of Antigonish may cause some delays or detours when entering campus. In addition, the forecasted weather may affect driving conditions.
For the safety of all involved, please drive carefully.
Where do I line up for the ceremony?
A couple days before the ceremony, you will receive your ceremony number, location and time to line up. The location will be either the KMC 2nd Floor or the KMC AUX Rink in the Charles V. Keating Centre.
Where do I get my gown?
Our ceremonial team will be located on the 2nd floor of the Keating Centre to distribute gowns. All students MUST come during one of these pick up times. Your gowns cannot be picked up by anyone else.
What are the hours for gown pick up and drop off?
Gowns can be picked up in the Hospitality Suites on the second floor of the Keating Centre:
December 2: 9-5 (pick up)
December 3: 10-6 (pick up and drop off) preferred drop back off after ceremony.
December 4: 9-5 (drop off) Last day to drop off before charges
Where do my parents, friends or family watch the ceremony from?
Viewing spaces will be located at Barrick Auditorium in Mulroney Hall, and Coach K Court in The Amelia Saputo Centre. All spaces will be open on a first come, first serve basis. There are no tickets required for these viewing rooms and they are available for parents, family and friends. Viewing rooms will open at 12:30 PM.

Will the ceremony be live streamed?
Yes, the entire ceremony will be live streamed here.
Are you receiving a second degree and planning to resubmit your X-Ring?
You must notify our Ceremonial team that you are intending to resubmit your current X-Ring. Please email @email to indicate you wish to resubmit your X-Ring and participate in the ceremony. Only students receiving a second degree are permitted to resubmit their X-Ring. The deadline for resubmits has passed.
I am not attending X-Ring, how do I get my ring?
If you know you are not attending the X-Ring Ceremony, you must email @email to indicate you are not attending the ceremony on December 3rd. Please make shipping or pick up arrangements directly with the vendor from whom you purchased your X-Ring.
