Sue Oland is the Executive in Residence in the Department of Marketing and Enterprise Systems.  She is an MBA graduate and former corporate executive with over 20 years of experience with brands such as Alexander Keith’s, Empire Theatres, Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation and NS Power.  She has developed business and brand strategies, lead digital roadmaps, broken down silos and integrated cross functional teams and created and developed high performing teams. 

Her role with the Department is to bring the business industry to the School of Business by facilitating a Speaker Series on Marketing Innovation and to bridge the theoretical course work with practical application, for both students and faculty, that is happening in today’s industry.
