The StFX ECE Centre is operated by Cormier’s Play & Learn. Located at 2402 Camden Loop (ground floor of Mt Saint Bernard), the centre is open Monday–Friday from 7:30am-5:30pm. 

The centre runs a waitlist with top priority given as follows:

StFX students
StFX faculty and staff
Community members from the Town and County of Antigonish

You are advised to get your name on the list as soon as possible, as there is a waitlist for all groups.   

Our centre is licensed with the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development for 55 children ranging from 3 months -12 years. 

The current cost of childcare is:

Infants: $185.80/week
Toddlers: $176.85/week
Preschoolers: $176.85/week
School Age: $69.75/week
* Please note that we have only a few school age seats and may take years for an opening in this group.

St FX students who have a child enrolled are encouraged to contact Financial Aid to apply annually for the daycare bursary during the month of September.
