We are pleased to announce that we will be returning to in-person ceremonies for both X-Ring and Fall Convocation! Please read below for details setting out the expectations and requirements for the ceremony and know that they will be conducted in complete compliance with the protocols for gatherings as prescribed by Nova Scotia’s Health Authority.

On December 3rd we will have parents, family members and supporters on campus to celebrate your achievements. Since members of the public are allowed, proof of full vaccination along with a government issued ID card or passport will be required for all attending the ceremony, including students.
Over the weekend our viewing spaces hit the capacity of 2000. Our ceremonial team is updating our lists to remove students that registered for viewing spaces and family members that have had a change of plans. We will be working through our emails today, Monday, November 29th to open up some additional seating capacity, so please email alumni@stfx.ca if you are looking to be added to a viewing space or have had a change in your plans and you no longer plan to attend on Friday. Registration closes Wednesday, December 1st at 4pm Atlantic.
Vaccination Check-in will open at 10 am at the Amelia Saputo Centre
Viewing room doors will open at 1:30 pm
