Transferring to StFX

If you are considering transferring to StFX, we are here to help. StFX is known for its personalized opportunities. Students are taught by full-time faculty (not teaching assistants) from the day they start until the day they graduate. Your professors will not only know your name, they will recognize your skills, challenge you to think critically, and help you succeed inside and outside the classroom.

 
 
 
 
 
 

We value your academic achievements, which is why we will do everything possible to recognize your accomplishments at your previous or current college or university. Transfer credits are available for most programs.

When your file is reviewed for admissions, it will also be
assessed for initial transfer credits. Your acceptance letter will identify the number of transfer credits you may be eligible to receive. A final official assessment will be done by our academic advising department when you submit your final university transcript.
