Fall Convocation will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2011 at the Charles V. Keating Centre.
- 2:15 pm Academic Procession - Forming on the 2nd level, Charles V. Keating Centre
- 3:00 pm Fall Convocation - Charles V. Keating Centre
- 5:00 pm Reception (for graduates and guests) - Conference Rooms, 2nd level, Charles V. Keating Centre
Academic Regalia will be worn for the procession, convocation and reception.
Graduates can receive up to seven guest tickets for the event. Tickets will be distributed with academic gowns.
Gowns will be available at the Alumni Lounge (4th Floor, Bloomfield Center). Bring your ID Card (other picture ID may be acceptable). Pick up and return times are as follows (there will be line-ups, so expect delays):
- Thursday, December 8, 12:00 noon- 6:00pm
- Friday, December 9, 9:00am - 6:00pm
- Saturday, December 10, 10:00am- 7:00pm
- Sunday, December 11, 10:00am- 4:00pm
- Monday, December 12, 9:00am- 1:00pm
All regalia from Fall Convocation must be returned by closing on Monday, December 12, 2011, or a late charge of $8 per day/per item will be assessed to your student account. Late returns are taken to the StFX Campus Store. Late charges will accumulate beginning Tuesday, December 13, 2011. Full replacement cost of regalia will be applied to students' accounts for all regalia not returned by Friday, December 16, 2011
